Just spent several days working through Romania BOB, especially postage due, postal tax, and various payment/fiscal issues. So much more than covered by Scott. |

Hi Jim, take it slowly, I have yet to get to B.o.b. (Back of book) I am going to finish to 1960 Then on to B.o.b. I have 9 Albums of Romania, it is a massive undertaking, if one decided to collect perforation varieties, you could double that amount. Sometimes it seems overwhelming. You are most fortunate to live in a country where cheaper stock is available. |

Schach den Fälschungen, publ. Kurt Kayssner, Germany 1935/36 (Lieferung 1–4, often found in one ring-bound volume), 1938 and 1949. A good handbook. In German.
