As most US citizens know, the US Postal Service is increasing postage rates, effective January 27, 2013, to $0.46 (first class); $0.33 (postcard) and $1.10 (international), plus many other premium service increases as well (priority and express mail).

Only when I read the detail of the Postal Regulatory Commission's approval of the rate changes submitted by the USPS, did I also find this excerpt that basically confirms that the shipping charges imposed by USPS Stamp Fulfillment Services will remain the same as they are at present ($1.25 per order under $50; $1.75 per order over $50):

At least collectors can continue to order products from SFS without any further shipping charge increases, even after the postal rate change takes effect on January 27, 2013.
