In 1997 the National Library of Belarus celebrated 75 year anniversary. The stamp shows still the old library building.

It's the building of the Jesuit College in Pinsk. His rich library was moved to Leningrad in 1940 and therefore survived during the war.

Bibliotheca Apostolica Vaticana, Vatican City, Roma

The Vatican Apostolic Library (Latin: Bibliotheca Apostolica Vaticana), more commonly called simply the Vatican Library, is the library of the Holy See, currently located in Vatican City. It is one of the oldest libraries in the world and contains one of the most significant collections of historical texts. Formally established in 1475, though in fact much older, it has 75,000 codices from throughout history.
It was founded by pope Sixtus IV. On central stamp is his portrait.
On right stamp is fresco of italian artist Melozzo da Forli: Sixtus IV Appointing Platina as Prefect of the Vatican Library.

World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated each year on April 23rd as an occasion to pay tribute to this exceptional medium which promotes education, study and culture. The Day also highlights perspectives and challenges for authors and publishing. April 23rd is a symbolic date for world literature, for on this date in 1616, Cervantes, Shakespeare and Garcilaso de la Vega all died.
The Pontifical Biblical Institute (P.B.I.) is a university-level institution of the Holy See. It was established by Pope Pius X.
