1908 London Olympic Committee labels were printed by the same French printer, Baguet of Paris, as the most of Franco British Exhibition labels.

The details of the orange essay colour trial has broken text, so here is more clear Baguet's signature from another Franco British label. St Laurent is the street in Paris where his shop was located.

The actual design of the stamp takes details from 1896 Greece Olympic stamp.

I have seen other imperforate colour trial in red and a perforated British Olympic Committee label which is brown, presumably the colour that was sold to public. I have not found information who the designer for the British Olympic Committee label is. It is known that Baguet had rather colourful career and was convicted later on for forging postage stamps.
Can you share historical detail of other Olympic fund raising labels?
