Here is Bolivia's May 31,1991 set of 4 "World Wildlife Fund - Spectaled Bear" stamps. This animal, also known as the Andean bear (Tremarctos ornatus), is the last surviving species of the short-faced bears.

From wikipedia, "Its closest relatives are the extinct Florida spectacled bear and the giant short-faced bears of the Middle to Late Pleistocene age."

Berlin Packetfahrt Gesellschaft operated a private courier service in Berlin, Germany from February 13, 1884 until March 31, 1900, when they were forced to cease operations along with all of the other private "city mail" courier services in Germany.

In 1896, the company issued four, 3 pf diamond-shaped stamps of identical design in different colors publicizing the Berlin Trade Exhibition. The violet stamp (Mi #63) is shown.
