Sometimes you find something that you just really like. Why I don't know but this cover I just find fantastic. It's a U348 USA Colombian cover for annual statistics in 1893. Does any country still make these type of envelopes?

Sure - virtually every country in the world still prints postal stationery, including postal cards and envelopes and in some cases, aerogrammes (although the U.S. no longer does). Unfortunately, most catalogs do not list them except the specialized volumes, like Michel's "Ganzsachen" or the U.S. Scott Specialized, etc.

That's a nice example of a pre-printed postal stationery item from back in the day.

Here's another stamp-related connection: The addressee on the cover is the Laconia Car Company. Their main product was producing railroad cars and trolleys back in the day, primarily for New England railroad clients. They were closed down by 1928. They even produced some RPO's (railway post office) cars as in this example:
