US card 1914. Would someone be able to tell, what are those stamps on the card of 100 1/8, 100 1/5 and W100 1/2. Any other details and input most appreciated. Thanks.

Those are directory numbers. When the card was non-deliverable the dead letter office does a search of the directories to try to find a good address.
