The small green stamp is from Finland (denomination in pen[nia]).

The denomination is in K(opecks), 1/100 of the rouble. Which exchange rate are you asking?
When the stamps appeared? The values at the right side are in Euros (I hope) if the Michel catalog is a newer one.

2nd stamp: Michel 1793 - 1 rouble, CV: MNH 4 Euros Used 1 Euro, issued on 29 November 1955, 1000000 copies printed, Overprint exists - Michel 2605.

3rd stamp: Michel 1061 - 50 kopecks, CV: MNH 1.5 Euros Used 1 Euro, issued on 5 September 1946, 3000000 copies printed, Overprint exists - Michel 1121.

4th stamp: Michel 1378 - 40 kopecks, CV: MNH 1 Euro Used 0.2 Euro Umperforated MNH 100 Euros Umperforated used 60 Euros , issued on 10 September 1949, 1000000 copies printed.

5th stamp: Michel 1509 - 50 kopecks, CV: MNH 3 Euros Used 3 Euros, issued on 16 October 1950, 1500000 copies printed.

6th stamp: Michel 1249 - 50 kopecks, CV: MNH 3 Euros Used 0.4 Euro, issued on 15 September 1948, 1000000 copies printed.

last stamp: Michel 2951 - 4 kopecks, CV: MNH 0.3 Euro Used 0.2 Euro, issued on 27 August 1964, 4000000 copies printed.

My Michel edition is 2010's. I don't know the latest 2012's value but it shouldn't be that different.
