Extra frame line to r/h side

E of One missing Centre bar

Very sketchy printing

Can anyone tell me anything regarding it,thanks

The extra frame line (compartment line) helps to plate it, You will need a specialist catalogue.
Centre bar of E may be a variety or over inking.
Sketchy print = It's a Rough Paper type (they come in smooth and rough paper)
Seems to be a spur in left value tablet if so it's a Die2.
