Australia 1932: Large Format Lyrebird Variety: Listed?

I don't yet have a catalogue for the George V era, so I'm wondering if someone who does will know if this is a listed variety or not.

As you can see, there is a ribbon-like shape to the left side of the stamp, which traverses the bushes and then the frame:

I have a feeling this was probably a one-off printing accident, so I'm not really expecting it to be a listed error.
