We only except pay pal payments and I have a buyer from China demanding our Baby so they can pay. Yes Baby!

Looks like I missed ticking the box to exclude China.

Got a warning from pay pal about this buyer.

I have informed the buyer "No" to Bank payment and the sale has been stopped and no more contact is going to happen from me.

China is now closed and the sale of the lot has been deleted.

And we are now getting emails every day demanding our "Baby". Yes Baby!

Question: If I block the person from bidding does this stop the emails? Or do I just ignore emails until they stop sending them?

I will not make anymore contact as it will encourage them to continue to send unwanted contact.

It is a real problem selling to people that do not speak our tongue or have any clue about our culture!

We are tempted to sell our adult Baby but she will not get into the box for mailing! Can you hear her in the background. Oh dad!

Works both ways, I am a fan of turtle neck jumpers,
very hard to source in Australia.
I ordered one from China, size XXOS
It arrived, and was possibly a size 8 ladies. :)

Yes that is very true Rod.

This person has had a lot of trouble selling on ebay.

They do not have a 100% feedback because they sell what is not in the listed image.

This looks to be the first stamp this person has tried purchased through ebay.

They have been very clear they are after positive feedback.

The stamp purchased is $1.29 with free mailing that costs us $2.35
and they do not have a pay pal account but pay pal seems to know the bidder.

Very strange situation, it sent all of my warning bell off. First time I have done this to a buyer and I hope it is the last.

I would ignore subsequent emails, plus most email systems will let you block his address. I have a lengthy list of blocked #$%&@*%s, good riddance (especially if, for a change, PayPal is on your side).

I have not had any problems buying or selling from China other than customs can take a long time but that is neither the sellers or buyers fault. There is translation software that does a great job. Unfortunately there are crooks in the world. I have over 5000 ebay transactions and have run into less than 10 crooks and all of them had poor ratings or were new accounts, so I think the rating system works no matter where they live. Stay away from new accounts and poor ratings and I think you will be okay.

Thanks for all the great help.

The ways of the computer still confuse me until I learn that bit more.

Had not thought about blocking the email through the email system.

I have seen those setting for stopping bidders with poor feedback scores and new ebay accounts.

Now it is heads down and learn a heap more about all this stuff!

You can report them to ebay as harassing...

Hi stampvirgin.

Very interest approach!

I will remember that one.

Hi canadianphilatelist.

I am very glad that I could withdraw the sale. I just do not like mailing to a country where the written word is so dramatically different to ours. The chances of the item going missing is very real issue for me.
