Finally can spend some time with my stamps.
Came across this 1870s Luxembourg stamp today that was in my most resent purchase. It appears that the part of the design in lower left corner is missing. I do not see any signs of damage in this area of the stamp. This makes me believe that this is a printing error. Is this a known cataloged plate flow, or one of the oddities/freaks thing. I only have standard Scott to refer to. Scott #32 it is, I believe.
