This stamp arrived via postcard today. It took me a while to notice that it is actually embossed. I have only seen one other embossed stamp in person, so I think it's kinda nifty!

I wonder if they printed then embossed or vice versa? Others that come to mind are Italian states but usually the embossed head was left albino or printed 1 color.
