Earlier this year Australia Post issue a Transport Issue being 5 x 60c stamps. There seems to be a variation where the name of the transport type is covered over in black.
Has anybody heard anything about this? Below is a comment from a very good customer from Canada.

Further to my first note, another Australian E-bay stamp dealer called "xxxxxxxxx" lists several of this transport series mint with "The Black Rub" design obliterating the mode of transport for Can$4 or so each. It is a very precise obliteration. Wierd to say the least....
