A piece of postal trivia I didn't know before reading this on a Postal Blog ... the three oldest post offices in the world are in Scotland, Sweden and Chile, respectively:

The second and third oldest Post Offices are in Stockholm, Sweden, and Santiago, Chile, respectively.
