So, in an attempt to mix my passion for stamp collecting and the Christmas season, I have decided to give my priest a set of 1993 Vatican City stamps. He was ordained in 1993 after his wife passed away, and I thought that would be kind of a cool gift.
Since he's not a stamp collector, I want to make sure the pages have descriptions, so he can get some enjoyment out of the stamps. I have already found someone on
ebay and another on Bidstart with White Ace album pages for Vatican City from 1993. I think that may be the way to go, since I get some really artistic pages along with descriptions.
So, two questions here:
1. Are there other pages that have descriptions that I should be considering for my endeavor?
2. What is the best way to present them? If I could get good UV protective glass, I would consider some type of frame. I don't know if I want to go the binder route, since it seems silly to use a binder for what will amount to about 3-4 pages.
Dos anyone have any other ideas of the best ways to present the stamps?
