Hi everybody , I've been doing a lot of reading here..keeps me quiet :) Ive come across a vatican stamp that im not so sure about.Its dated 1929 30c but has 25 in red.Its not a postmark I dont think , the stamp looks new , looks like it was printed that way ?
Vatican # 14 Stamp type A1 with .25 surcharge in red. It was issued on Oct. 1,931 Ma catalog is a 2003 and has it listed at $2.00 in mint, 1.25 in used

Cool..thanks for that Richard , I've been trying to identify a lot of stamps , I do ok but occasionally get stumped.I couldnt figure why it has 25 over the 30 , not often things come down in price. So they issued 1929 stamps all the way in to 1931 ..got it
