hello

i was searching some of my foreign.
i have two questions about 2 france stamps.

the 50c appears to be a type a15
there are two 50c scotts 101.or 107
there is no engravers info at the bottom of this stamp.
does the 101 not have engravers info?

this stamp does not have

this seems to be a france 139a.
this is the only stamp that seems to be an imperf for the 15c.

It looks like you have been in my stamps. I have several of the first stamps you have posted in different denominations.

Again I have a lot of the stamps in your second photo, though none are imperforated. Again UI have these in several denominations.

It appears that both stamps have post marks from the 1890's.

I don't know a darn thing about these stamps I just thought they were common stamps since I have so many of them.

Ouch, this got me interested in these stamps. They look like these stamps or at least some of these stamps bring more than a few dollars. I could be wrong but most of these appears to have nice market values in between $10.00 & $50.00.

Wow that joy lasted for awhile, stampwants shows a much, much lower market value. My 101 averages about a dollar and the 107 does a little better but not much. My 139 gets another buck while the 139a hits in the $80's.

Yes, it is a philatelic auction site much like ebay, but considerably less expensive and much "nicer." Give it a look.

Another a lot of us SCFers use is StampOffers. It is also less expensive and a good place to hang out!
