I happened to come across an on-line philatelic exhibit of the 1926 Philadelphia Sesquicentennial showing period slogan postmarks, covers, stamps, postcards, ephemera, etc.

Interesting exhibit! I recently picked up a related item. This is a "Participation Certificate" for the 1926 fair. Sort of a bond or loan instrument to raise money for the exhibition. This one is unissued. That may not be a bad thing, however -- the fair was a financial failure and lost $20 million. So many people who put up money never got it back.
