Do any of you guys know if #991, the 8f Mao supports the African-Amer. struggle. vs. oppression stamp had gum that was shiny(I don't know the philatelic term)like most other stamps or was it like some of those other stamps that were made with the type of gum that was not shiny? I'm trying to determine if one I'm looking at does or doesn't have its OG.
