OK, I found this one and thought to start a simple thread. What I'm looking for is an actual name on the stamp that matches your name. Mine is Stephen, but I went with Steve. (Dad's name was not Oala, by the way). I'm sure we'll see a George, William, James, Elizabeth, Mary, but we'll see what else comes up.

My name is James, and I like to think I'm the King around this house, but...

You could post a Russian or Japanese stamp and claim that your name was somehow hidden in those symbols. It would certainly fool me ...

Here's a horrible copy from my collection of Hungary, but clearly shows St. Stephens.

Here's a "Paul" Kane, a "Paul" Anka, one of 10 Jean-"Paul" Riopelle's, a "Paul"-Emile Borduas and finally a Michael "Smith", all from Canada.

Paul Smith aka BlackJag (a proud Canadian)

Art. There's lots of Arthur's. Check out King Arthur, Douglas MacArthur, Chester Arthur (US President), Captain Arthur Phillip (Australia), Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, etc.

Now you just opened it up to everybody ! If you can't find your initials in the early British, then you aren't looking hard enough. (Great idea, btw.)
