OK, I usually have a good idea about the country, but this one is throwing me for a loop. Stamp says 1915 at top and appears to be a woman with a sword while standing in the clouds. Cancellation is same thing. Grandma had it in the Poland section. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a stamp for Warsaw (capital of Poland) local post issued in 1915, during the WWI German occupation. During that time in Poland, overprinted German Germania stamps and field post were mainly used but in the big cities, often the post offices didn't provide the service to deliver the mail to the address. So the private postal services or the municipal mail services were available with additional cost. In Warsaw, the stamp you've posted were used for local delivery.
The woman you see is a mermaid with a sword and shield which is the coat of arms of Warsaw.

Wow, I left to go do something for 20 minutes and came back to a wealth of information. Still, I think the cancel is the best part, though. Thanks to everyone.
