3 of the stamps are Soviet Union issue. The second and third stamps are Ukrainian postal provisional stamps. You can learn more about them here.

It's a typical transition period cover with a mixed franking of USSR stamps (1, 4 and 5)and a couple of 1992 Ukraine provisional. They seem to be from the type II of the Kyiv (Kiev, in Russian)1992-93 issue. Information, from the Ukrainian Philatelist vol. 42 No. 1(67) 1994.

I cannot make out the date on the postmark correctly, but the total franking (7.62 = russian rubles and ukrainian karbovanets counted as equal) corresponds to the 7.60 krb registered letter rate abroad for the period January 2nd-8th July 1992.

This was early in the use of provisional postage, before the rampant inflation that would bring about the end of the karbovanet currency.
