Much appreciated if someone would please provide me with the Scott numbers for the "original" stamp and the "overprint" shown below



PS I believe that there are also a number of different "overprints" for this stamp - Scott numbers and details for those would also be very much appreciated

Postal Tax stamps
The original is RA2 issued in 1927. The overprint is RA12 issued in, you guessed it, 1939. There is also a Green overprint which is SC#RA11.
