Most likely printed after release for suspecting or unsuspecting philatist. The one you have used would be interesting.
Keep seeing Cow tongue and other intestines in the local deli and for the life of me can't imagine but scotzm makes it look so more edible ;-(

All kidding aside, I'd like to Moooove on with this topic. I found one of this in my collection, and, although you have the correct size, you can tell that the background behind the cow is missing all of the shading. Your cow is pointing in the correct direction, and is not using it's tongue for any unusual purposes. Looks like you just have a fun imitation ...
