Free, printable Valentine cards are available on the Wisconsin Federation of Stamp Clubs website.
This link will take you to three versions for kids that includes an animal sheet, a sports sheet, and a Packer's sheet. (It's Wisconsin, remember?!?!) There are 9 cards, which can be cut apart, on a sheet.
