I'm lost - I don't even know if this is a stamp? Can anyone give me a catalog number?

Looks like a Thai revenue stamp, denomination 20? Where's our resident Asian language expert?

I'm only guessing. I'll let somebody else fill in the facts.

khj is right. It's a Thailand official stamp Scott O2 bright green and carmine rose. Can id it with the color. I'm not familiar with numerals in Thai language. Your copy has the green color shift.

No clue on Thai Stamps but nice green color shift and looks like double impression on the red unless that is normal.

Thank you all - I see the reference in Thailand now - color shifting etc is interesting.

Aww man, I can't believe I was so quick to label it a revenue! How embarrassing!

Good spot, timbres667!

The denomination is definitely 20, so yes, #O2!
