Here's a clip from the CBS Late Late Show, 1/28/13. The host, Craig Ferguson, talks about the USPS and stamp collecting in his monolog.
You have to watch a 30 second commercial first. So be warned.
The stamp monolog begins at about 1:08 in.

He's a poor mimic of Eddie Izzard's form of comedy - Izzard does it better; and Ferguson lucky there was a laugh-track behind him to que the audience - the material wasn't that funny. There were a couple bits that were cute (especially the Queen bit) the balance was only so-so.
