1892 5 cents on 10 cents, inverted overprint, is it rare?

nice stamp .it has a catalog value of $35.00 but the regular stamp with overprint is $27.50,so its common.

Same - Hope you are doing well with your health situation.
You would think almost any inverted ovpt would be worth more but as Floortrader pointed out it must be fairly common for such a close catalog value.
