Yugoslavian 3 K "Porto" Stamp From Ca. 1920

the above stamp I cannot find in my Michel cat.
The overprint says Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.
So I searched in Yugoslavia, but cannot find it - especially among the Porto stamps.
Can somebody please shed some light?

In my Michel Europa Band 2, it is near the end of the Yugoslavia listings, under the Portomarken listings for Bosnien-Herzogowina, #25.
