Would this stamp be considered a Washington 3 cents vermilion scott# 214. Have compared the vermilion stamps of the same design in the net but the color seem different from this. Unless I have missed out something but to my knowledge there were only 2 basic colors issued on this particular design the green and vermilion. Inputs and feed backs appreciated. Thanks.
