I came across this booklet pane in a box lot. The stamps inside are very similar to the picture on the cover. It was made by The American Banknote Company. The stamps are engraved. The booklet is not full. The stamps remaining are black or dark grey and they are 1 cent denomination. I do not know how to scan the stamps themselves without damaging the booklet itself and I want to keep it intact. The only reason I am guessing Slovania is due to my Google search of various words that I have no idea what they mean from the booklet itself.
