I think this is a Scott # 62.

this muddy smeared cancel would be heavily discounted

check for inverted watermark, considerably more valuable

Looks damaged at the back so that will reduce the stamp's value quite a bit.
If you look around you can get five S.G.147 Plates 13 -17 for under £20
