Does anyone happen to have copies of:

1. Les Timbres de Fantaisie (Chapier) -

and/or

2. The Cinderella Philatelist, Vol 1 January 1961?

Specifically I am looking for anything written about a series of Albania stamps - marked Komitetit Te Qindreses. (NOT the ones with FDR on them)


Chapier should have something on pages 15, 16, and 78 of the 1963 Edition


The Cinderella Philatelist should have something on Pages 28 and 29


Could you send scans, or a writeup of what it says if you happen to have?


Specifically I am trying to figure out where these were printed. My gut says Europe, but I am not sure... (The ones with FDR seem to have been printed in New York, but these are different and I know that the Free Albania Committee operated in Paris and London (and later NY)
