Cul_Lector. If the top of the young King's head was going off out of the perfs, that might add some value. But this is just bad centring. Common stamp, poor centring, I think low value

Sorry, that is not considered an error. Just a stamp with poor centering. Had the perforation shift been greater so that the entire "ISLA DE CUBA" appeared at the bottom of the stamp, then you would have a production freak that would have a moderate premium.
