Anyone have any idea what this Canadian Christmas cancel says on the right hand side?

The post mark is Dec 9 1031.

I've been looking all over SCF, but realized it might be quicker to just ask.

Thanks

The Slogan Postmarks of Canada book (by Cecil C. Coutts, first edition 1996) lists a "Mail Early Be Sure Your Gifts Arrive In Time" (in all caps) slogan cancel, in use from 1925-36 (that is about 900 years after the date you indicated! Ok, it was a typo at "Dec 9 1031").

Wasn't Santa Claus originally a Viking? And when Rudolph stopped pulling his weight, they ate him?
