This little gem popped out of a box lot today. I've seen the squared circle cancellations, but not in this format. Is there a catalog of cancels, and is this one identified by type number? Value?

It s a lovely stamp Doug, great centering and great strike. However according to Unitrade 2013, it is a rarity factor 1, the most common for squared circles.

This is, as you said, a Squared Circle postmark.
They are highly collectible, especially as nicely centered and clear as your example.
This one is relatively common however, still very nice.
There is a book "The Squared Circle Postmarks of Canada" by Moffatt and Hansen (1981) that you can get for around $20 that has a lot of good info (you can do a search on that title).
There is an updated version that you can find on the Ian Kimmerly website (under books), but it is more expensive.

Exactly what I wanted, thanks everyone. The format of the 6:30 "time" at the top of the numbers inside the dial, I did not remember seeing that before.

A nicely centred Jubilee stamp and a good clear strike. What more could you ask for?

The RF for this stamp is 5, which is quite common but, there are varieties to look for with this cancellation in the time indicia etc. The York Street Squared Circle cancel was in use from 1894 to 1900. It is also a bonus to have good clear strikes from 1897 on the 1897 Jubilee stamps, which makes them timely.
