Best bet is under the "location" section of advanced search, click "located in worldwide". Everything shows up.

I probably should have clarified better what I was looking to find out. When I list an item on ebay US (Canadian Material for example) do Canadians have to go to ebay US to see the listing or does it show up on ebay CA ? When listing an item here in the US the only option I see is to pay.50¢ to have it also listed on ebay UK.

Most of the people I buy from are shipping from the US, which means US sellers, which means yes to your question.

I have also bought from people in Greece, Argentina, England.

Edit:
I think it depends on your method of search. I only type in using keywords in the search box. I guess if someone were to use the ebay categorie menu it would show only Canada or US?

I see US as well if I just do a basic search. Overseas sometimes I have to click the link at the bottom "see other auctions by international sellers" or whatever it says.

.ca and .com pretty well come up on all the searches. It is more likely that .ca users will see .com items than .com users seeing .ca but North america is pretty well covered with basic searches.
I search from all over and ebay tweeks the search results all the time. Even when you select from a different location in advanced its not the same results you get if you go to that countries ebay. I was watching a few items from germany and when I clicked on view sellers others items through "my ebay" on .com it said the seller had 0 listings. Go back to the main countries ebay site and go to my ebay and poof theres all their listings. Takes some translating and different key words to find stuff but there can be benefits.

Makes you wonder why they do that?

I do know that a lot can do with selecting where you will ship to. It's annoying though to not just be able to "see all results"

Out of curiosity tonight, I logged off ebay and went to ebay Australia to see if I could see my listing of Australia Stamps. I couldn't.

It depends on two things.

Did you specify shipping amounts in the Sel Your Item form for Canada or Worldwide and did you exclude any countries from your shipping preferences (default is you ship to all countries when you choose to ship Worldwide.).

How is yoiur shipping stated in the above form? If you put the Worldwide first (you listed it or chose it forst) the buyer would see only that shipping first and not his own country's.

When searching did you search Worldwide (box on bottom left) when searching? Default is USA only or for me, Canada only, which does, by the way, show USA or Canada (and same to you) Only If the seller has chosen to include shipping amounts for Canada or USA.

I or you can choose Wporldwide searching and see most of what is listed.

I wemt to 3 ebay sites and typed in the serach phrase 'australia kgv' in the main page's search box and got these reslts, showing all items in Stamps, first without choosing any worldwide and then choosing worldwide.
ebay ca = 3,720 . . . 3,945
ebay com = 3.764 . . . 3,945
ebay com au = 689 . . . . 1,481

so we can see each other's but Australia people can only see certain ones. I am not sure why this is.

Yes, I chose the "Ships Worldwide" option with no exceptions.

Usually if my search is sort of specific and just a few results show up there will be either more availiable from internation sellers below or a link for such. I believe ebay catters results to highest power sellers as well as other criteria. I was helping a friend with ebay and no matter how I searched with the proper key words his items would not show up. I'm sure their search functions are as good as any on the planet using key words but I fear they are tweeked for specific benefits .
