Where could I find what picture/photo is depicted on each of the stamps for the 1926-32 compound perf DLE issue for Oakland, California

You will likely need to join a precancel group and find a member whom has all those stamps and would be willing to scan and post/email to you! Also request to move this post and refile under "Precancels" to improve your chances!

The Oakland CA DLE was used on all denominations 1/2 cent thru 50 cent on the compound perfs.
Most are common, double prints are better, some inverted's are better - depends on the denomination.
On the horizontal high values - 17-thru-50 - up and down are equally common.
There is a great catalog for these, from 2009, available from the PSS.
