New Zealand Sg 338 Used?

I'm going through a nice New Zealnd collection now and came across this stamp. It's perf 14 all the way around. It has an upright watermark 43. Is this a SG 338? My 2000 catalog lists no used value for this. Also, is this cancel the type mentioned in the Scott catalog where it says "The 5sh stamps are often found with revenue cancellations that are embossed or show a crown on top of a circle. These are worth much less"?

If it's perf 14 all around, it can't be SG 338. SG 338 is perf compound 11 and 14. It appears to be SG 329a, 2013 cat. value £375, but the cancellation doesn't look like a contemporary postal cancellation. Probably a fiscal cancel.

Incidentally, the 2013 Part 1 values SG 338 used at the same price as mint, £2750.

I seem to see the word "bank," vertical, reading upward toward the R in Revenue. If so, probably a fiscal cancel.
