Harding memorial 2 cents imperf with Marion,Ohio inverted precancel.What would this stamp be considered used or unused. It has original gum and is unhinged and no postmarks.Any other details and info most appreciated. Thanks.

WG Harding came from Marion O and a lot of these were make after his untimely death.

Interesting, there were 3 different Postmasters-General during Harding's abbreviated term.
