Believe it or not, here's another one I just received yesterday. The left image is the indicia that was previously posted; the one on the right I received on 07/03/2013. Similar, but slighly larger print and the word "PAID" is not in bold print in the later example: I know this is getting ridiculous, but I'm intentionally saving these now as it will make an interesting future study about junk mail. |

What Chevy dealer in Mass are you getting those from? I work at a GM dealer (Buick, GMC and Caddy) in Mass. Now it's making me wonder what ours look like. But I'm not on our mailing list since I drive a Toyota LOL |

Zuzu, Here's another AAA indicia to add to our collection. I noticed that the AAA and Capital One indicias do not have a permit number or a city. The one above has Livonia, Mi as a return address on the back of the envelope. Does anyone know why some indicia have permit numbers and others don't? Is it the size of the mailng or just a design choice? It apparently isn't required. Dan |

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example. I collect for enjoyment, not investment. APS Member #223433 Postmark Collectors Club Member #6333 Meter Stamp Society Member #1409 |

As long as someone else brought up this old thread, I thought I'd post yet another variety of the Permit #4450 - Phoenix, AZ junk mail covers I received. As you may recall, back in May 2013 I posted this one: Compare it to this one I just received the other day (from the same Chevrolet dealer): The most notable difference is no Chevrolet logo in the UL corner and the number shown in the LL corner is "0414" instead of "0415", presumably designating a different batch of envelopes, even though the "Processing Numbers", etc., are all the same. |

Yet another Chevrolet dealer ad from Permit No. 4450 in Phoenix, AZ, received December 6, 2013, this time a postage paid indicia trying to imitate a postage meter (although I have no idea why): |

I received this one recently on one of those oversized glossy postcards promoting an accounting/tax service ... although nothing much to look at, it's got to be one of the biggest postage paid blocks I ever encountered at more than 1-3/8" square: |
