It's third up from the bottom, second from the right. I would have a nice scan of it, but for some reason Canon does not want me to scan anything when my color ink is empty.

It's Britannia Rules the Waves. In the England section of the Scott catalog it's design A91. As far as I can tell, it's Scott # 173, 173a, 179, or 222. I think it's 173 or 173a, but I'm pretty new to this and I got it with the rest of the stamps in the photo from a dealer on ebay for cheap.

Thanks for your help!
Joe

I agree with floortrader, a scan of similar size of just that stamp would be needed. And yet, just seeing that page, is a sight for sore eyes.

It's clearly Scott #173, #179, or #222, but can't tell which until we get the larger image. The shade suggests #222.

The best I can do right now is a photo, which because it's macro and a point and shoot, the DOF is razor thin.

Your photo eliminates the possibility of #222, so it's one of the better higher-cataloging 2/6 stamps. Gibbons lists numerous shades and printers, including SG #399-400, #406-409, and #413-415.

Check right now for an inverted watermark, where we start talking BIG BUCKS. The perfin and relatively heavy cancel detract, however.

I can't clearly see the watermark. It doesn't look inverted though

I finally got a good scan of it, and got a look at the wm. It's Scott #173. Thanks for the help!
