This cover I picked up has an odd cancel I have never seen before; number 1 in a small circle with the date FE 20, 1886. The datestamp in the lower left is Campbellford, Ont FE 19, 1886. There is also a Toronto FE 19 datestamp on the back, so it must have been applied there.

Any idea what this mark is?
