Unidentified Arabic Stamp

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help in identifying the following stamp?

As you can see, it contains a "coats of arms" and arabic script with a denomination of 1?. There also appears to be something in common script at the foot, but it is indiscernible to me.

The postmark contains the letters "STAM...."

I've scanned through (001) This link is not allowed by the Staff ' collection of arabic countries and while Turkey seems a possibility, I haven't been able to confirm it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not STAMP, it is part cancel of

STAMBOUL

That would be Turkey SG 143 (1892). At the bottom it says UNE PIASTRE.
