Hi dicati,

The complete envelope with the 10d stamp is listed as Huggins & Baker #ES17 and Higgins & Gage "Printed to Private Order" - B - 17.

The Huggins & Baker price for the complete envelope was £20 in 2007. In general they don't price cut-outs and suggest prices of around 10% of the cheapest complete item with the stamp. There is very little demand for postal stationery cut-outs these days.
