The only reference I can find to this one is in the Richard Witt Cinderella Reference Collection as 1918 Liberty Head Fantasies

It only mentions that nothing is known!
Time to see if the mighty resources of SCF can shed a glimmer of light onto this one.

It is a fantasy stamp issue for a philatelic exhibition held in Siedlce in 1919.

(second stamp on the page)

It looks like they misspelled Siedlce in their postmark and put "Sieldce" instead according to this website.
