Hello, I was looking at this stamp and it's got me curious as to what it is? I really have no idea what it is besides a woman's club fundraiser stamp of some sort so not sure if its a revenue, Cinderella, semi postal or what? Has anybody ever seen this before? Thank you for looking at it!

I think it is a cinderella stamp of some sort. The "Deutscher Ostmarkenverein" of which "die deutsche Frauen Verein für die Ostmarken" was the women's branch was a German nationalist society who's aim it was to make the socalled Eastern Marches more German. These parts of the German Empire were added after the last Polish partition and had a large Polish population. These had to be Germanized, or replaced by Germans. Thank you for the fast response! This belongs to a fellow collector I know from another board but it struck my curiosity so I had to learn about it! You guys & gals are truly the best on the planet when it comes to tracking down an ID or information on even the most obscure items! You should be proud! I am. Anyhow, thanks again!
