Hello,
I think that the 2 stamps below have a cancel of the same town of Pernov.
I do not find this town, but suspect that it is the Estonian town of Pärnu (in German Pernau). Estonia was in those years (1913, 1915) part of Russia. Please could you give me your opinion(s)?

This excerpt from a military article confirms your theory:

"...The Swedish troops advanced slowly and the Russians reacted quickly and they sent 3 companies from Pernov (Pärnu) Musketeer Regiment."
