I don't get this list. What are the criteria of the listings here?

I believe that this ongoing to-be-added-to list in Wikipedia is mostly like the rest of Wikipedia (or other encyclopedias of wiki (community) nature).

That is, open to being added to, adited, refeshed, and expanded upon on, as each user wishes and is able to. Always surveyed and looked over, corrected, and edited by members of the Wikipedia community, including yourself and me.

To me, it is a bigger list than I ever have seen before now, worldide-ish speaking that is.

When travelling, a visitor of a stamp appreciating mind would enjoy a stamp xhibition or show or fair if he was aware of it being in existence, I would think, time and effort allowig of course.

Another resource to be used and/or appreciated, and, of course, added to, as time allows, as know;edge permits.
